If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email Us at
inventory@messengersgifts.com. All Damaged/ Defective items must be noted to us within 3 business days of delivery to you. We offer refunds to the original payment method, exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, or within 7 days of your online order being delivered.
Shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at inventory@messengersgifts.com to start the return process.
