Return Policy


Online Return Policy:
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us at inventory@messengersgifts.com.
All Damaged/ Defective items must be noted to us within 3 business days of delivery to you.
Store credit will be issued via email with an applicable gift card code within 1-2 business days of receiving your return to us.


Shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Please contact us at inventory@messengersgifts.com to start the return process. All claims must include photos.

Once items are in possession by UPS or USPS, we are no longer responsible.

In Store Purchases Return Policy:

All in store purchases are eligible for store credit within 10 days. Clothing & jewelry eligible for return credit must have tags attached, unworn and free of signs of wear.

NOTE: SALE ITEMS, Bath and Body Products, Seasonal Items and food items are FINAL SALE.
